Q: Tell us more about the "Themes" concept.
A: Shirts are designed accordingly to a theme that changes weekly so that you can look forward to seeing refreshing designs frequently. Certain touches from everyday life are added to shirt designs to make them unique but yet toned down to ensure that there are wearable for everyday work/play. You can also select from a design range consisting of dressy and casual shirts for different occasions.

Q: What is the quality of a Ronzaro shirt?
A: We use some of the finest natural materials for your Ronzaro shirt. The main materials used in the production of our high-quality shirts are listed below:
1) Premium two-ply, 100% Egyptian cotton fabric
2) Premium mother-of-pearl buttons
3) High-quality stainless steel collar stays

Q: How do I make a purchase?
A: Shopping at Ronzaro is easy.
Once you have found the design you like, click on "show details and add to cart" button underneath.
Customize the shirt according to your preferences and select the size of your choice.
Proceed to checkout and purchase to complete your order.

Q: What can my Ronzaro account access?
A: Register an account with us to enjoy the following benefits:

Q: How do I know that an item is "in stock"?
A: All items are in stock unless "Sold Out" is displayed. Please note that even if an item is in your shopping cart, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order.

Q: What is the final price of a shirt?
A: The price indicated on the collection page is the final price of the shirt, including shipping charges and additional frills such as monogram. However, the final price of the shirt might differ slightly from the displayed price after conversion into the currency of your choice. This is due to the prices being rounded during the shipping process. We will try our best to keep the difference under USD1.

Q: Payment methods accepted by Ronzaro?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Visa Debit, Visa Delta, Electron, JCB cards and Paypal. For enhanced security, we have partnered reputable payment gateways such as Paypal. As such Ronzaro will not have access to your credit card details. Also payment is only debited from the time of dispatch.

Q: Can I change or cancel an order?
A: You can change or cancel an order within 12 hours after making a purchase. To do so, please drop us a message on "contact us" and we will reply you within 12 hours to confirm the change/cancellation.

Q: Can I return or exchange a product?
A: The goal of Ronzaro is to provide high-quality, uniquely designed shirts to bring out the confidence and individuality of our customers. In the case of a dissatisfaction with our product, we will try our best to cater to your problem.
If we fulfilled your order accurately but you are unhappy with our shirt, please drop us a message at "contact us" and we will try our best to find a solution to your problem. However, please be aware that every Ronzaro shirt is unique and specifically tailored to your preferences and measurements; we therefore cannot guarantee a return or exchange.
If we send you the wrong product, the right product but with the wrong features, or a faulty product, or if we did not use your provided measurements properly, you can return and exchange your Ronzaro shirt at no cost to you. Again, please drop us a message at "contact us" and we will try our best to find a solution to your problem.

Q: What is the shipping fee?
A: We ship by express courier, Fed Ex, free of charge. We know you want your shirts - Fast.

Q: Can I change my shipping address after my purchased items have been dispatched?
A: We are unable to redirect orders to a different address after dispatch. Therefore, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address at the time of purchase.

Q: How will I know that my order has been successfully placed?
A: A confirmation email will be sent upon successfully placing an order with a unique transaction ID.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirming your purchase with shipping details and a tracking number attached to it. You will also be able to view and track the status of your shipment through your registered account.

Q: What if my shirt doesn't fit?
A: We offer a fit guarantee to first time customers. If your shirt does not fit you, send us an email indicating the parts of the shirt you would like to alter (e.g. narrow the chest by 2 inches and lengthen the sleeves by 1 inch). If you are not certain on what to change, feel free to email us, send us pictures and our staff will assist you shortly.

Q: How do I get my measurements?
A: Currently we offer 2 ways to get your measurements. You could either submit your own body measurements or choose from our standard size chart. To get your own body measurements, simply follow the steps given on the "sizing" page. It is best that you get someone else to assist with your measurements taking.

Q: What is the best way to get measured up?
A: We highly recommend that our customers to be measured by someone else or a clothing professional (eg. your personal tailor). Having assistance in getting your body measurements makes the process much faster and more accurate.

Q: How do I wash my shirts?
A: Our cotton shirts tend to shrink a little after a couple of washes, thus we would give a slight allowance to your shirts to accommodate the shrinkage
To properly wash the shirts, undo all buttons, remove the collar stays, and turn the shirts inside out. Place the shirts in a laundry bag and be sure to set your washing machine temperature to under 40ºC/105ºF. After which, line dry the shirts (do not tumble dry).
